Sport Specific training is something many athletes can benefit within a very short amount of time. In order to be more efficient in sport you need to train the movements specific to your sport. The "one workout fits all" mentality simply does not work. Your coach can teach you mechanics, technique and strategy. We will help you train specific movements of your sport in order to make you more effective and efficient. Every sport should be treated differently. We know there are common traits among many sports - change in direction, vertical explosiveness, off the line power - but all workouts should not be created equal.

Julie Ortman - Owner
Julie played on the U.S. Jr. Olympic team and was a scholarship volleyball player at California State Fullerton. She was also a NCAA qualifier in the Heptathlon and the mile relay.
Julie has been a successful Volleyball and track coach at the high school and collegiate levels.
